One mystery I’ve wrestled with is the season of inconsistent employment in my life. There are moments where I knew my capability, my work ethic, and my results, but the opportunities didn’t always align consistently.

For a long time, I questioned why stability felt just out of reach.

Looking back, I don’t see it as something to “solve” anymore, but something God uses to refine me.

These seasons stretch my faith, strengthen my resilience, and push me to develop skills and leadership capacity I may not have built otherwise. What once felt uncertain now feels like preparation for something greater.
