To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: Ecclesiastes 3:1

Life moves in seasons and transitions…..seasons of transition feel uncomfortable because they require us to move from the familiar to trusting God with next steps. Every season has a purpose, even when we do not immediately understand it.

Some seasons are for planting, while others are for pruning, growth, waiting, or harvest. God’s timing governs both beginnings and endings.

Spiritual maturity involves recognizing that not every season will look the same and that God remains faithful through them all. Change is not random; it exists within God’s order and sovereignty.

Transition is often where God develops trust, flexibility, and deeper dependence on Him.

Let’s take time this week to identify what God may be teaching you in your current season, rather than focusing only on what you want to change about it…..

Gracious Father, help us to trust you in every season of our lives. Grant us peace during transitions and wisdom to recognize what you are doing in this chapter of our journey. Please continue to teach us to remain faithful whether we are waiting, growing, grieving, or celebrating……In Jesus’ name, Amen.
